Here at A to Z Building Reports you only pay for what you need:

A unit or apartment - 1 to 2 Bedrooms - $345

For units with 3 to 4 bedrooms, and a second bathroom - $395 without subfloor, and $420 with subfloor area included.

Double storey house - Without a sub-floor area - $ 420

Double storey house - With a sub-floor area - $440

Additional Granny Flat - Attached to house - add $95 to your relevant price above

Separate Granny Flat (on same property) - add $195 to your relevant price above

A second, separate dwelling - On the same property and inspected at same time - add $345

Add a Pest Inspection Report - Done by an independent, dedicated Pest Controller - $295

Additional travel distance costs:

-For inspections beyond Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Gosford, Maitland & Raymond Terrace-

For more than 50km and up to 100km from our office in Cooranbong - add $65
