Houses come in many different sizes and shapes and we don’t want you to pay for any areas you don’t have, so we developed this simple pricing below:

A unit or apartment - 1 to 2 Bedrooms - $345
For units with 3 to 4 bedrooms, and a second bathroom - $395 without subfloor, and $420 with subfloor area included.
Single level house - Without a sub-floor area - $395
Single level house - With a sub-floor area - $420
Double storey house - Without a sub-floor area - $ 420
Double storey house - With a sub-floor area - $440
Additional ‘Granny Flat’ - attached to house: Add $95 to your relevant price above.
Separate ‘Granny House’ - on same property: Add $195 to your relevant price above.
A second, separate dwelling on the same property and inspected at same time - add $345

You can also add a Pest Inspection Report - $295
Our pest inspections are carried out by an independent, dedicated local Pest Controller because 2 heads are better than one when it comes to checking out a property!
All the prices above include travel within Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Gosford, Maitland, Raymond Terrace, Central Coast & Gosford.
Additional travel costs apply for inspections beyond these areas:
