• Thorough Inspection throughout the house, including the sub-floor and roof cavity structures

• Checking for builders compliance to Australian Standards, across all building trades - carpentry, roofing, plumbing, tiling, cabinetry, wall finishes, floor finished, paint finish, timber finishes, external brickwork or cladding, fall on floor in wet areas, etc

• Liasing with builder if needed, to complete works to a satisfactory standard

• We can give you either a written or verbal report - you decide which best suits your needs

• Finalise your home before moving in - avoid nasty surprises
