Take an ‘Xray’ of your House…

We use a high quality, high-end thermal camera in every inspection. Sometimes things can look fine on the surface, but our thermal camera takes a look ‘behind the scenes’ and often tells a very different story! Take a look through some examples of hidden problems we have found…

Check out this ceiling - On the surface it looks reasonably normal…but the photo to the right shows the hidden moiture in the ceiling sheeting and insulation - Our high quality thermal imaging camera finds lots of hidden problems!

This shot, taken by our thermal camera, is revealing the moisture in the ceiling, which was not visible to the naked eye - compare it with the photo to the left

This one is looking at ceiling sheeting, and the thermal camera has found the moisture problem - This type of damage is only visible with a thermal image camera, which is why we use the camera in every inspection - all included, no extra charge!
